I'm a statistic
Well I am officially one of the millions of unemployed. Yesterday was my last day of work. It was very sad and I will miss my job and my students and even most of their parents. I am not a very motivated person but while I am home I hope to clean up the garden, the house and have fun with the kiddos on a daily basis. My dad is visiting in a couple of days and we have lots of trips planned so hopefully I am kept well occupied for the summer! At the going away party at school yesterday every employee was presented with a dozen roses each and what I am guessing is about $200 worth of gifts. No wonder they couldn't afford to keep the school in business!

Welcome to stay-at-home-motherhood, you sound like you'll be plenty busy. I am sorry. It is more fun to enter into when it is on a voluntary basis. On the bright side, tomatoes are totally a perennial in Florida, I am jealous of this fact... if it makes you feel better you can tease me about this whenever you need a boost! And also mention all the other cool thing you can grow that i cannot, like artichokes....
