A Beach Night

We went out to dinner at the beach tonight and then went down to the water to watch the sunset. The kids got right into the water and had a blast and we realized how perfect the weather is for swimming at 8pm. The sun isn't blazing down and the water is still nice and warm. It was a great night.

Random Shots

Here are some Mac Attack pics I pulled off my camera today. Good times were had by all. We watched a video of the roast today, it is just as funny the second time!

Happy Birthday Kadence!

High five!

Charlie doesn't like to waste his effort by only throwing one ski ball.

Charlie ate lots of pizza while Kadence scoped out the ticket blaster.

It took about 5 tries to get the candles out and they were not trick candles.

Kadence had a super fun party at Chuckecheese with a few friends. We all had fun. Her big present was a new bike since hers broke this weekend and a pillow pet orca that she has been pining over for months. She also found out she gets a new sibling Feb 21st! She is hoping it is a girl and has already named her "Beau". I will post her pic once I upload it, she is the most beautiful little poppy seed ever.

Aquarium

I took the kids to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium last week. I wish I had been warned that it is mostly an outdoor thing since it was a steamy 94degrees outside but never-the-less Kadence had a great time. She had been begging me to take her there to see "Winter" the dolphin who lost her tail in a crab trap when she was a baby. The picture of the little stub sticking out of the water is her sticking her tail up. She was training for a major motion picture based on her story the day we were there. Kadence especially loved touching the sting rays and telling everyone all about them. She was like a walking information booth, people were cracking up at her. We also saw them doing surgery on an endangered turtle that swallowed an enormous fish hook. That was pretty awesome. They showed us the hook after it was removed and we watched as they monitored the turtle and waited for it to wake up from anesthesia. Kadence wants to be a marine biologist when she grows up and I think she would be great at it. Her new favorite show on tv is Expedition Great White, not your typical 4 year old.
